Alot can be done in one day, rite. Imagine a month. Or even, a year. We'll find strength to overcome procrastination. It's either the pain of discipline. Or pain of regret.
 
I always do that I must do as fast as possible.
There's easy lifehack to start thing right now, and it's very simple.

Before you start the work, say count to 5 without thinking about anything else.
(Say one, two, three, four, five slowly)
Then, you'll be able to start the work right now.

If you're still hesitant to start or continue working, try thinking, "I'll just do it for 5 minutes".
And you mustn't give up 5 minutes. (It's not so difficult to do it only 5 minutes)
In most cases, you can continue working after 5 minutes.

It's the most difficult thing to "start" the work.
It's the same as cars. Cars start to running at first gear, it needs to be the most strength.

These are the my way to start, continue and complete any tasks.
