RPG Maker MV Trinity PS4 Upload Failed

Hello, I am having an issue with posting my game. Everytime I try to upload a game, it fails. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

And I don't have Trinity and PS4.

They would not be able to help with the product there as the game is not published by Degica. Since this is published by Kadokawa they cannot help.

Oh I see.
Surely,Trinity is not a product that Degica handles.
If you haven't done so already, updating to a new version.
It's my poor knowledge.
